PineTime cabin is 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1829sqft house located about 90 minutes drive north of Phoenix in Pine, AZ (elevation is 5,448 feet = 20º cooler year round). This luxury cabin has all you might need in a home away from home but with all the serenity, tall pine, & starry night views the city is missing. Complete with central heating and air, cathedral ceilings, covered deck, and ceiling fans in every room. Property has an alarm system and includes a security camera inside on top of kitchen wall pointed at the entrance.
****Sorry NO PETS allowed.**** White carpet and muddy paw prints are not a good mix.
Upstairs you will find:
- Fully stocked Kitchen with pots, pans, bakeware, silverware, utensils, knives, 12 large dinner plates, 8 medium plates, 8 dessert size plates, 8 cereal bowls, 6 coffee mugs, 4 wine glasses, 8 pint glasses, 4 tumblers, electric oven/stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hand held mixer, mixing bowls, toaster, blender, crockpot, regular coffee pot with reusable filter, and an electric water kettle. Coffee, tea, ketchup, mustard, & basic spices provided.
- Master bedroom with a king size bed, clean linens, some empty dresser drawers, and 3 closets with hangers.
- Bathroom adjoins to Master and main living space. It features a Jacuzzi tub (sadly only for one but wow is it relaxing), a separate shower, clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap.
- Living room with large flatscreen TV, Directv, HBO, Roku, Netflix, electric LED fireplace, leather couch, love seat, and several chairs.
- Dining area with table and seating for 6. Folding card table & 4 chairs in laundry room.
- Laundry room with full size washer and dryer, iron & ironing mat, games, books, & cleaning supplies.
- Wraparound deck with a couch swing, 3 Adirondack chairs, round patio table with 4 chairs, and a propane BBQ grill.
Downstairs you will find:
- Second full bathroom with clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap.
- Second bedroom featuring queen size bed, clean linens, 2 empty dressers, and closet with hangers.
- Third bedroom nicknamed “Bunkhouse" featuring L-shaped bunk beds with 4 twins, clean linens, and portable infant crib inside the large walkin closet.
NOTES:
There aren't any alarm clocks in any of the bedrooms because you're on "PineTime" (aka vacation). The cabin isn't only named PineTime because you're on vacation and there are no alarm clocks... It's also named PineTime to remind you that PINE is also on it's own clock. Meaning, the local restaurants and shops do NOT do things fast like the big city. They aren't overstaffed on weekends even though city logic would suggest it. This is a VERY small town with limited staff. So please don't leave them bad reviews simply because you had to wait. My 2¢.
Stairs are required to get to main level & downstairs bedrooms.
The garage and locked cabinet in laundry room are off limits.
There is NO trash service at Pine Time cabin. Pack out all you hauled in.
The Texaco gas station (toward Strawberry) has a $2/bag dumpster if you don't want to haul it home.
